What is a virtual Success Circle at True North?
An online gathering of women with a variety of backgrounds, interests, experiences, and perspectives.
Women who are just as dedicated to the other group members’ development and success as they are to their own.
A safe place to share goals and dreams with other women who can relate.
A group that helps each member transform perceived obstacles into the path to success, aka “brick walls to brick-paved paths.”
A group of women who cheer for you when you’re on top, and pass you a box of Kleenex when you’re down.
A place for personal and professional growth and support.

What happens in a Success Circle?
Open discussions - 2x/month
Members take turns sharing a challenge or difficulty they’re facing in their personal and professional development and get feedback from the other members and Dr. McNeal.
Guided discussions - 1x/month
Dr. McNeal presents practical and useful information about topics that are of concern and interest to the group members and leads a discussion about how those topics are affecting them and what tools and techniques have proven to be effective.
Coworking sessions - 5x/month *Coworking sessions are optional, but highly encouraged!
The group members meet online, turn on their cameras, turn off their mics and work on tasks that they’re feeling stuck on so they experience real-time accountability and keep making forward movement toward their goals.
Knowing you’re all in the same boat at the same time makes a difference. Sometimes just getting started gets the juices flowing!
Dr. Janelle McNeal is a licensed psychologist who specializes in working with women who are entrepreneurs and professionals. She:
Meets with each member for an individual session to make sure you get the most out of your Success Circle experience
Selects group members with various careers and backgrounds to enrich the experience
Encourages and supports members
Facilitates and hosts all group sessions
Makes sure the group stays safe and supportive
Makes sure more quiet/introverted members have space to talk and talkative/extroverted members don’t take over!
Manages the time to make sure everyone gets the most value from each session
Provides useful resources including tips, book and podcast recommendations, webinars, tutorials etc.
Teaches her 5 M’s Framework to transform perceived problems into achieved goals
Would I be a good Success Circle member?
An ideal Success Circle member MUST BE:

growth-oriented
equally invested in her own success as well as the success of the other group members
generous with help and support
committed to growth and development
dedicated to showing up for herself and the other group members
What other information do I need to know?
A Success Circle is made up of women 18 years and older who live anywhere in Kentucky.
Members are business owners, professionals, creatives, stay-at-home moms, caregivers, and students who have specific goals they would like to achieve.
Meetings are hosted virtually.
One private, individual meeting with Janelle is held prior to joining the Success Circle to see if it’s a good fit, set goals, and prepare you to get the maximum value out of the groups.
Additional 30-minute individual meetings with Janelle are available by request for $100.
Members access Slack to stay in contact between meetings and maintain connection, support, and accountability.
Cost - monthly payments of $97.
If a member refers another woman who joins the group, both individuals get a $50 discount for one month!
Participants will receive a complimentary copy of the book Playing Big by Tara Mohr.
